Sr. Dental Outreach Specialist - Bilingual English - Spanish Required

Summary: The primary role of the Dental Outreach Specialist is to support the Operations and  out Marketing Department in promoting CHOICE Healthcare Services regionally to directly generate new leads and drive new patient growth for our dental offices. This position reports to Outreach Manager. The Dental Outreach Specialist will support regional marketing activities and community outreach events for CHOICE Healthcare Services offices for relevant dental topics and scheduling new patients.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to grassroots community outreach, and brand representation at public events.

 

CHOICE is the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, and we pride ourselves on delivering high quality care to children in our communities.  

 

This position requires local travel throughout Vacaville and Vallejo, CA.

 

Pay Range:$19.47-$25.67/hr (Based on experience).  This position is eligible to earn an excellent  monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Community Engagement & Patient Growth 

  • Identify and actively participate in community event opportunities to raise awareness about CHOICE Healthcare Services dental offerings and specialties   
  • Represent the company by hosting brushing clinics, building and managing school programs, attending health fairs, and community events to educate families and drive new patient bookings  
  • Drive to event locations and ensure proper setup and teardown of booths, materials, and equipment at events in your respective region and the possibility of traveling outside of region for special events  
  • Generate new patient appointments by engaging directly with potential patients, families, and referral sources. 
  • Develop and implement creative outreach strategies that expand reach and drive measurable increases in new patient numbers  

 

Partnership & Relationship Building  

  • Cultivate strong relationships with schools, healthcare systems, social service providers, businesses, and community organizations to establish referral pipelines. 
  • Strengthen business-to-business (B2B) partnerships that result in new patient growth and referrals. 
  • Serve as a trusted community liaison, ensuring CHOICE Healthcare Services is top-of-mind for pediatric dental and healthcare needs. 

 

Prospecting, Event Planning & Budget Management  

  • Research, identify, and prospect new community events and opportunities that align with organizational outreach goals. 
  • Plan and coordinate participation in community events to maximize patient engagement and referrals. 
  • Maintain responsibility for adhering to the assigned monthly outreach budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively. 

 

Team Leadership & Mentorship  

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Outreach Specialists to ensure effective event execution and referral program development. 
  • Assist in onboarding new Outreach Specialists and provide oversight to ensure outreach performance standards are met or exceeded. 
  • Support team members with training and mentorship to help meet and/or exceed goals under the guidance of Regional Manager

 

Data, Strategy & Reporting 

  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities, new patient growth, and competitive market activity. 
  • Provide recommendations to outreach and marketing leadership for improving outreach strategies and identifying growth opportunities 
  • Partner with the Outreach Manager and Practice Managers to ensure outreach activities align with operational needs and growth goals. 
  • Ensure consistent reporting and adherence to best practices across assigned markets.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. 
  • 2+ years of proven success in outreach, business development, sales, or community engagement, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings. 
  • Experience prospecting, budgeting, and managing event outreach strategies. 
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading outreach or sales teams. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups and audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to track performance data and use insights to improve outcomes. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. 
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required 

 

Physical/Logistical Requirements 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required to travel to community events, schools, and partner locations and outside regions. 
  • Ability to transport, set up, and tear down event materials and equipment  
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for community events 
  • Heavy lifting, moving, stocking and doing Inventory 
  • Working outside, in different weather temperatures
