Regional Patient Outreach & Engagement Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Tooth Fairy – 5059 S McCarran Blvd, Reno, NV 89502 + Community Events in Region

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $18.56-$24.47/hour (Based on experience). This position is eligible to earn monthly bonuses.

We’re looking for a Regional Patient Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to join our CHOICE Healthcare Services team! In this role, you’ll represent our pediatric and orthodontic dental offices across the region — bringing smiles, education, and care to local families.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with local schools, community groups, and events to promote our dental services.

  • Build relationships with families, partners, and providers to drive new patient growth.

  • Schedule patient appointments on-site during community outreach events.

  • Support marketing efforts with promotional materials and regional campaigns.

  • Track outreach results and help shape local growth strategies.

  • Prior experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or patient relations a plus.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Community mobilization and/or volunteer recruitment and management experience. 
  • Strong public speaking experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required

Travel: This position requires travel to target patient populations areas to represent regionally at relevant community events. Reliable transportation is a requirement.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.
