Summary: The Facilities and Procurement Coordinator coordinates, records, and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced, and the maintenance of buildings and its equipment. Actively communicating and developing vendor relations and applying best practices on behalf of the company with established internal procedures.

 

This is a hybird position with a blend of working from home and onsite at the Roseville, CA office.

 

Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00/hr

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Understand key processes, tools, and operations for efficient movement of goods through the procurement and inventory process and facility support, by ensuring that all necessary office and clinical staff are aware of the various platforms used.
  • Ability to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with vendors.
  • Maintain a good relationship with Associates and other members of Executive Management, on both Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic sides, to ensure that the inventory supplies, facility tickets, and procedures are in line with clinical expectations.
  • Champion and troubleshoot inventory control problems and facility tickets in a timely fashion by coordinating and acting as main point of contact for any dispute or returns with vendor.
  • Have the flexibility to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable for financial reconciliation of all orders, deliveries, and receipts.
  • Oversee inventory stored in the Administrative office, ensuring monthly reconciliations and inventory is accurate.
  • Gather scope and cost estimates for maintenance and purchasing requests.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance calls and schedule preventative maintenance.
  • Performs administrative assistant work as needed.
  • Facilities and Procurement Specialist may be involved in planning for an organization's future building space and supply needs.
  • As needed, be able to commute to and from dental facilities, administration offices or coordinate with necessary personnel to ensure that all inventory, supplies, and products are received promptly.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Excel, Word, Power Point, invoice processing, vendor management, calendar management is preferred
  • (2+) years of experience related to Multi-Site Health Care (Dental/Ortho), facilities, and/or procurement is preferred 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  A current CA driver’s license
