Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Full- Time for Busy fun and friendly professional Dental office / We work with orthodontists, General Dentists, Pediatric Dentist and Anesthesiologist

Pay Range: $23.00 to -$28.00  /hour (Based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Assists the doctor in procedures 

• Operated x-ray equipment and takes x-rays 
• Prophy teeth 
• Instructs patients on oral hygiene 
• Chart and treatment plan with doctor 
• Sterilizes instruments 

• Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment 
• Take IO's 
• Charting 
• Sealants, if applicable 

Education and/or Experience:  

• Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred 
• BIlingual in Spanish, preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  

• California Registered Dental Assistant License 
• X-Ray Certification 

• Coronal Polish Certification required  
• Current BLS certification
• Sealant Certification, preferred
